Since this week the Wednesday class is moved from 5;30 TO 6PM!!!!
And it is going to be Yin Yoga class.
It consists of primary seated, longer held poses and targets the connective tissue of the body, the ligaments, tendons and enhances the energy flow throughout the body.
No previous yoga experience is needed!!
It is great addition to any other styles of yoga or sports.
